Washing Machine Malfunction

It can happen to anyone at anytime.  You throw a load of laundry into the washing machine and walk away.  When you go back to check on it....water has leaked out all over your laundry room straight down into your finished basement!

This is what happened to our customer in Oak Creek last week.  This can be devastating for a homeowner, especially when the homeowner built their dream home just a couple years prior.

He called SERVPRO of Southeast Milwaukee County and we arrived on site within a hour.  We were able to remediate the water damage and set drying equipment within a few hours.

Unfortunately when we removed his beautiful flooring, we found mold that needed to be addressed as well.  

Our customer is ready for rebuild and is extremely happy with the results.
